Quick or lingering
A fast bite between meetings or a long lunch with friends: the lunch menu does both. Choose classics like the croque monsieur, Holtkamp croquettes on brioche, the club sandwich or a steak tartare on toast. Something fresher? The Caesar, the roasted beet salad or the Salade Cœur de Bœuf.
Œufs and proper hunger
Poached eggs with hollandaise three ways: Benedictine with ham, Norvegienne with salmon or Florentine with spinach. And for those who take the afternoon seriously: Steak Frites, moules-frites or the Hamburger frites with Chez Van Rijn sauce.
On the finest square
When the sun is out you sit on the terrace facing the square; inside you sit beneath the chandeliers. After lunch there is always a Grand Finale: crème brûlée or tarte Tatin. Book online or just walk in.
