Sunday as it should be
On Sundays the room revolves around the grand piano. From 13:00 to 16:00 live jazz musicians set the tone, sometimes joined by a singer, while the kitchen serves the brunch classics. No rush, no programme: just a long Sunday afternoon.
What lands on the table
Think œufs Benedictine, Norvegienne or Florentine, the croque monsieur, smoked salmon on a croissant bun and the sweet Grand Finale of tarte Tatin or crème brûlée. Alongside: coffee, a glass of crémant or a cocktail if the afternoon is allowed to stretch.
Come early
